Two appointments are available for   online registration each day. Available dates are in the   dropdown box below. A $25 deposit is required to make   your appointment online. You will receive an email   confirmation of your appointment within 24 hours of   successfully completing your reservation.

  *Note: Cancellations or changes must be made by phone   during regular business hours. Cancellations within 24   hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiture of   your deposit.
